Because of the advanced technology on Isometrical, many types of enhancements can be made to people’s physical bodies. Replacement of lost limbs, eyes, or other body parts is possible via the use of medical replicators—simply provide a DNA sample and a new body part can be made in the system. Technological upgrades are possible as well, such as bionic implants.

As these sorts of enhancements are very costly, in addition to payment, the administrators of the city may request exchange of expert knowledge or other information that they may deem helpful to the city's population. However, this exchange of knowledge may have a consequence of deleting important or cherished memories from the user's mind.
